Solutions Sales Professional- Talent Management- Healthcare
Industry leader in healthcare solutions, this exciting opening with our client is for an expansion product within their vast selection of existing products. Enjoying 20% ++ growth for the last 3 years and beyond, our client has established themselves as an integral part of a healthcare facility administration. We are seeking solutions selling experts for this expansion position.
As the solutions expert, you will be the trusted advisor to your accounts and prospects. You will understand the overall market, competitors, market trends and client needs. With your accounts, you will assess and develop, consult and execute a 3-5 year talent management plan based on strategic needs.
A competitive compensation package includes a strong base salary plus commissions for $100,000-110,000 total first year. Full benefits, expenses, 401K, vacation and other perks are included.

Required:
- BS degree (minimum) and Masters Degree preferred
- 5-7 years experience direct sales—solution selling, not tangible goods
- 3+ years experience selling in the healthcare arena
- Experience leading cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and product management
Other skill sets (not required but highly preferred)
- Experience selling designing and implementing complex learning, assessment, survey and or software solutions
- Recent experience selling talent solutions
- Achieved sales goal of at least $1 million annually
- Success record of building pipeline of prosepects

Printing and Marketing Specialist

Experience required:
- 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience

Compensation includes base salary plus commissions, medical and other benefits. First year total comp $45,000-50,000+. 2nd year could reach $65,000 and above.
